"We came to ann with a very tight deadline(about 5 weeks) and she assured me we could get closed in time since our current home sold way quicker than expected. Working with ann was great. She found homes that fit our budget and preferences, very responsive to any questions we had which were a lot. The home we ended up buying came on the market and withing 4 hours of the listing being posted ann had us in the home for a viewing. She knew we loved the house so we immediately put in an offer and began the process. The house turned out to be a great find in today's market apprasing over $20k more than our purchase price and we closed ahead of schedule. Ann is and will be our go-to agent"
