About Jane

Hi, I’m Jane Paynter, a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving Boyle, Lincoln, Garrard, Jessamine, and surrounding counties.

I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that means finding the perfect first home, upgrading to fit a growing family, or maximizing the value of a property sale. I work hard to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.

Before real estate, I served as an educator for 33 years, predominately as the Director of Special Education for Boyle County Schools, Kentucky School for the Deaf, and Kentucky School for the Blind. That experience strengthened my skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and advocacy. It also taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to navigate complex situations with care. I bring these qualities to every real estate transaction to ensure my clients feel heard and well represented.

I have lived in Danville for 35 years and I have a strong understanding of the community especially the neighborhoods and schools to market trends which allows me to provide insights you won’t find online.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me entertaining my grandchildren, relaxing by the pool, cooking, and spending time with family.
